Job Role:
Broad Area of Responsibilities:
- Participating in community relations and outreach.
- Preparing SOP’s Policy documents and MIs for monitoring school administration
- Build relationships with leading education reformers, and maintain knowledge of critical education policy issues and innovations in education as a whole.
1. Supervision of all matters pertaining to the Operation and management of the School:
- Admission update
- Unforeseen holiday if any
- Any untoward happening/Security concerns
- Visit by Govt. officials/ Board officials
2. Budget and long – term Planning along with Finance Dept Schools:
- KPI-Monitoring of all KPIs as per the parameters
- Expenditure – Monitoring as per KPIs
- Budget Variance – Monitoring as per KPI
3. Operations, HR Infrastructure along with respective Dept:
- Interaction with Operations Deptt. For marketing and publicity for new schools.
- Infra Planning as per the academic requirement
- IT Planning – Planning as per number of students and academic needs.
4. New Schools :
- Media Planning – To support business development
- Develop business plans and projections for the school and organization along with other Deptt
