(ARH) is a Mumbai based architectural practice established in the year 2001 with a team strength of qualified technical members including architects, interior designers, draughtsman, 3D visualizers, student interns, and support staff. The firm is recognized for innovative designs across India, and has delivered designs for IT Parks, SEZs, Mixed-use Townships, Residential Towers, Shopping Malls, Entertainment Centers, Hotels, and Industrial Parks amongst others. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect who will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and integration. The Architect will work on-site at either the Mumbai or Pune office, depending on the office applied for, and will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the conceptual designs of large scale townships residential complex, malls, multiplexes, and commercial office buildings. with Team Leader capacity on time bound presentations & design drawings. Also, clear understanding of development control rules and regulations, sale and BUA area calculations, working drawings to work executed at site. Qualifications Architecture and Architectural Design skills Project Management skills Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and other architectural software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in delivering designs for a variety of projects.
