Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in visualizing and creating compelling graphics that align with our brand's vision, ranging from investor pitch decks to social media creatives. Job Summary: As a Senior Graphic Designer at Team Flexbox, you will be at the forefront of shaping the visual aspects of various materials, including investor pitch decks, one-pager decks, logos, branding, and social media creatives. You will leverage your expertise in design tools and AI to produce work that captivates our audience while maintaining a human touch. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop investor pitch decks and one-pager decks that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential investors. - Create innovative logos and branding materials that reflect the ethos of our brand. - Produce compelling social media creatives that engage our audience and drive brand awareness. - Utilize design software such as Figma, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to create high-quality designs. - Employ AI tools creatively to enhance design processes and outputs while ensuring that the final products retain a personalized, human effect. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency in our brand's visual language across all platforms. - Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to continuously innovate and improve our design strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. - Proficiency in Figma, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Experience with leveraging AI in the design process, with a keen eye for maintaining the human touch in digital designs. - Strong understanding of branding, layout, colour theory, and typography. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
