The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level technical consultation, deployment, troubleshooting, training, and documentation related to the technologies utilized by our software product . Duties and Responsibilities: Technical Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice on the implementation of our software product. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to offer proactive recommendations for optimizing technology usage. Deployment: Lead technical deployment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of our software product in client environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any technical challenges during the deployment phase. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during deployment or usage, demonstrating a deep understanding of the underlying technologies. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to client operations. Technical Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for clients and internal teams. Customize training sessions based on the specific needs and skill levels of the audience. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Project Book, HLD, LLD, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices. Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date with the latest software deployment and configurations. Client Interaction: Establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration. Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal development teams, ensuring client feedback and concerns are addressed promptly. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, research & development, and technological advancements to enhance the overall efficiency of technical operations. Skills and Competencies Proven experience in technical consulting, deployment, and troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Strong technical proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms. Such as web servers, application servers, SSL, server infrastructure, various deployment architectures, and networking concepts. to understand and interpret the complex architecture of the client’s environment and based on the understanding create the design and architecture document for implementation of Seclore product. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Project management skills and the ability to work within tight timelines. A commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Preferred Industry certifications like MCSE, MCP, RHEL Certifications: MCSE, MCP Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to implement security measures during upgrades, migrations, and redeployments.Job tags
