Job Overview
We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Perform site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on site
