Position: Sales Manager Install BizLocation: Pan India Exp.: 4-7yrsEducation: B-Tech / additional preference: MBA Sales & MarketingReports to: General Manager Sales – InstallAbout Company: India's primary source for world-leading professional and personal AV equipment, along with cutting-edge integrated audio-video solutions – with 36 International BrandsKey Role Objectives1. Design and manage end-to-end AV solutions sales efforts of the allotted portfolio of brands2. Regular reporting on forecasting, results, and research3. Certification4. Seamless Coordination5. Exp. in Institutional Sales, known for Solutions Based Selling6. TrainingKey Accountabilities (MARs = Major area of responsibility):MAR 1 Design and Manager· Design and manage end-to-end AV solutions sales efforts of the allotted portfolio of brands· Work closely with the SI, Sales, and other team members.· The process of creating first-cut estimates, tender documents, and AutoCAD visuals are in place and clearly communicated to all.MAR 2 Regular Reporting on Forecasting, Results and Research· Regular Reporting on Forecasting, Results and Research· The approved process for forecasting, reporting results, and cataloguing research in place MAR 3 Certification· Regular certification on industry-specific tools and technologies· Upskilling and reskilling processes are in place for all brands in the portfolio MAR 4 Salesforce process adherence· Regular On time follow up with Key partner about Opportunity closer.· Timely DAR update in System· The process involves on-time follow-up with key partners and updating 100% inputs in the Salesforce system.· The process involves a quarterly review of the open opportunity and validates the closer timeline. MAR 5 Seamless Coordination· Coordinate seamlessly between the pre-sales, application teams, SIs, and distributors· Plan site visits in coordination with relevant stakeholders on a need basis as part of solution building· Plan visit to end client post final commissioning to understand experience level and capture VOC (Voice of Client)· The process involves required internal stakeholders in place for seamless coordination and execution MAR 6 Training· Carry out training programs for distributors on an ongoing basis as per need assessment· Build a tracking and monitoring process for checking adherence with the training plans agreed with partners (SIs, Distributors, Dealers)· Training plan in place and agreed with the key stakeholders· Training reporting process in place that brings out training plan adherenceCompetencies for this Role Skills:· Ability to drive sales targets and achieve goals.· Relationship Ability to build relationships within the organization as well as with Key Business drivers.· Good communication, good listening ability,· Solution provider, critical/ analytical thinking ability, able to think on his/her feet· Ability to operate within an automated environment.
