Role And Responsibilities As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Implementing strategies for customer retention and encouraging repeat business
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Analyzing feedback to suggest process improvements and optimize customer experience
