Overview
Responsible for leading learning & Development for Sika India.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Define training needs for the company based on the Performance Talent and development Process and the strategic development of the company.
• Integrate training in the development planning of employees, IDPs.
• Develop and implement a training program for the region based on the programs of Sika Business School.
• Coordinate existing training activities.
• Ensures quality of internal technical training and trainers based on the standards of “Excellence in training development”
• Deliver training in at least one relevant field
• Manages the nomination process for the region in coordination with the HR-Team and line management.
• Represents the training requirements in the Regional / Global Trainer’s team develops a trainee program for new hires.
Qualifications
/Experience:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in Training & Development in Corporate preferably Manufacturing Industry. Excellent in excel and PowerPoint skills.
