About the role
As a HR manager, you will be working with the management in executing the HR strategy to support our business goals. Your role will involve collaboration with Partners, respective business heads and Managers. You will work in the areas of culture, change management, payroll input processing, performance management, employee support and recruitment while continuously work to ensure functional excellence.
You are expected to be people centric while ensuring the contextual application of your role that needs to be aligned to the management principles. While providing meaningful and deep insights about the people, you are also expected to strengthen employee's psychological connect with PKF and ensure an exceptional experience.
The HR manager will also be heading the admin function of the organization. As a admin in-charge, you will be working closely with the management in setting things in place in line with the organization's interest.
Preferred Candidate is expected to meet the following expectations,
Working days: Monday to Saturday
