Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic and excellent HR Administration Generalist

who can create his own team and work by taking them together. Amsburg is prudent to its quality, which is all thanks to its extremely diligent employees. Wish to work for us..! 1. Role Incumbent will be responsible for the Administration and Human Resource management. 2. Executing the joining and on boarding formalities for all the new Joiners by coordinating with various departments/units for their sitting arrangement, laptop, email id and other requirements. 3. Providing administrative support to all staff in performing several routine and general functions. 4. Manage daily activities so to provide administrative, human resources and clerical support to the office team in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. 5. Maintaining and regularly updating master database of Recruitment and other HR related work. 6. Knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, EPF 7. Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence. 8. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office and assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise. 9. Cheques making, all fixed payment reminder. 10. Monthly Expense filing and documentation Filing. 11. Grievance Handling.

Candidate Profile : - Results-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude. - Shall be fluent in English both verbally and in written. - Shall be active on social media sites. - Shall not be involved in any ill work during the college days. - Smart professional, who is a self-learner with ability to adapt to changing administration needs. - Education must be at least any Graduate (MBA) - Experience 03 to 04 years

Qualifications : Extensive knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Experience in benefits administration and HR management Familiarity with labor laws related to employment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in related field
