Job Description Key Responsibilities - Execute the strategic marketing activities (In-person and digital) leading to demand generation for focus industries and initiatives in the region targeting new logos and existing logos.
- Support the strategic growth priorities for the region in partnership with the Sales and Business Unit teams driving solid focus on ROI, strengthening Rockwell Automation brand, and accelerating customer decision making/buying process. Define event and campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with Sales, and ensure these goals are met.
- Build strong working relationships with 3rd party event organizers, channel partners, digital marketing agencies and media to identify relevant opportunities for driving brand awareness and lead generation.
- Leverage channel partners to create and execute demand creation programs to drive new opportunities into the pipeline.
- Work closely with Asia Pacific, Global and local teams to bring campaigns to life. Drive alignment and consistency of brand messaging through all programs, channels, and media.
- Partner with wider AP marketing team to ensure alignment of initiatives which will drive meaningful business impact for the region.
- Gather and disseminate local Market Intelligence ( competition, pricing, industry, regulations) to key stakeholders.
Education / Experience Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in marketing / Business Management or equivalent 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience with marketing tools and systems
- Understanding of marketing infrastructure requirements, including marketing automation, digital and social marketing, business intelligence and analytics
- Excellent content marketing, business writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Prior experience in B2B, technology or software marketing preferred.
- Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on marketing plan.
