Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales activities, meeting with clients, and providing product demonstrations. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for training staff, developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation Client Engagement Solution Positioning Proposal Development Negotiation and Closing Market Intelligence & analysis Good to Have (Experience on managing sales of below portfolios): -- Mobile Apps -- Web Apps -- UI/UX Design Services -- Security services -- IoT & Embedded services -- AI Development services Qualifications == Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills == Experience in Sales and Sales Management == Experience in Training == Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills == Ability to work independently and as part of a team == Experience in the technology industry is a plus == Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field == Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva or other graphic design software is a plus. Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include market research & analysis, product knowledge, and experience in advertising and marketing.
