Customer Service Executive , 1-3 yrs exp, Chennai
Job Title- Customer Service Executive
Industry: Spices Manufacturing
Profile: Responsible for managing the overall customer service function of the Sales & Marketing department. Looking for candidates who worked in the Sales/Marketing division of a manufacturing company
Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Update purchase order details in the order bank within 2 days of receipt and circulate to the factory team.

2) Ensure forex hedging is done within 2 days of receipt of the export POs with the accepted date from the production team.

3) Record sample and pre-shipment sample detail requests in the system on the same day of receipt and notify the QA department.

4) Ensure the samples are despatched within a std lead time of 2 days and communicate to the customer along with the spec, coa and the awb.

5) Update position matrix data for the pending orders on a fortnightly basis and circulate to the supply chain team.

6)Follow up with accounts teams for an updated debtors list every 1st day of the week and email the same to the customers. Should ensure overdue not exceeding 5 days.

7) Coordination with plants and customers for achieving 100% OTIF.

8) Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely despatch of export documents to customers post shipment.

9) Update top management with reports on a weekly/ monthly basis.

10) Ensure all customer queries are answered as per the agreed service timelines.

Salary: 20000-50000
Qualification: Any Graduate
