Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting exceptional talent for various non-IT positions within our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and their fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and build a strong employer brand.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for the selected candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team when necessary.
Requirements
