Job description
Siemens Healthineers India is looking for an Area Sales Professional for Core Lab Solutions (CLS) and Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) portfolio for its Diagnostics business. The individual will be part of a passionate team and needs deliver assigned Profit target, sales targets, customer loyalty and ensure complete collaboration across all business verticals and work cross functionally in matrix organization.
Key expectations of the role
- Monitoring, achieving assigned sales target, profit customer loyalty with strategic orientation to achieve results and handle competition.
- Primary and secondary sales order monitoring along with business partner management.
- Monitoring of contract compliances along with the relevant teams.
- Securing cross functional support from different business verticals departments in the organization
- Maintains and expands customer base by maintaining rapport with existing customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Ensuring that the receivables from sales operations are collected within time.
- Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
- Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt. / other involved professionals and management.
- Point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- Responsible for maintaining the market share in the respective geographies.
Education Qualification Experience:
- Engineering/Science graduate with 10-15 years of sales experience. MBA degree would be preferred.
