Position - ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER - TRUE FIT GOURMET
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
to enhance brand visibility, attract new patrons, and foster customer loyalty.
Digital Presence: Oversee the brand's online presence, managing social media
channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging marketing
materials, advertisements, and promotional content aligned with the brand's image.
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry
trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Customer Engagement: Implement customer engagement initiatives, loyalty
programs, and feedback mechanisms to build and maintain strong relationships.
Marketing Operations:
Strategy Implementation: Execute marketing strategies by collaborating with various
departments to ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
Campaign Coordination: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns,
collaborating with creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet
objectives.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing
initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to manage marketing budgets,
ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Communication: Foster clear communication channels between marketing,
operations, and other relevant departments to maintain a unified approach.
Problem Resolution: Address operational challenges promptly and collaboratively,
finding solutions that align with marketing goals.
Vendor coordination - agencies as employed
SEO coordination + management.
Graphic Design
Must have ability to use - designing tools - Canva, photoshop, Illustrator. Social
media posting + design - current brand collaterals are made in-house only
Collaborate with the creative team or external agencies to ensure visually appealing
and on-brand design elements for marketing materials, including menus,
advertisements, and promotional content.(if needed)
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation.
