Job Description for the position of Manager - Exim
- Ensure that documentation is done relating to import and export of any materials and goods.
- Good knowledge of export import policies
- Knowledge of rules and regulations, customs laws.
- Knowledge of Countries wise certification like COO, GSP, Phyto certificate, Soncap Certificate , CCVO, BSC ect.
- Knowledge of usage licenses , Liasoning with DGFT
- Knowledge of port operations , handling CHA , procedure of clearance and forwarding
- Handling booking of container and negotiate rate with CHA/ FORWARDERS with custom documents.
- Handling bank documentation under LC and non LC
- Maintain details of duty draw back
- Manage the details of E-BRC
- Manage Details of Shipment Schedule ( Custom Clearance , Railment, Sailing , on board , ETA )
- Making Performa Invoice for export
- Making OCN (Order conformation report) for production
- To design and implement MIS of import and export operations.
. MIS preparation for complete profile and periodical review.
