Position: Information Technology Executive Department: Information Technology Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300 Purpose:

IT Hardware, Network and software support. Reporting to:

Head – Information Technology

About the role:

Infrastructure & Network management. Supporting organization and department(s) in the implementation of hardware and software packages as per the IT initiatives. Would require good knowledge in IT networking and hardware support with basic knowledge in IoT applications.

Primary Responsibilities End user desktop support related to hardware and software. Providing L1 support on Hardware and Network infrastructure for internal customers. Co-ordination with external teams / vendors for all hardware and network related issues. Configurations and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Maintenance of hardware/network security patches on all end points. Access control and user id management. Maintenance and regular tracking of AMC/ contracts with external vendors along with SLA management & tracking. Installation and configuration of IT systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application issues. Support in roll-out of new applications. Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. Network switches, firewall, server and WIFI access point management. Maintaining proper documentation and inventory of IT hardware and software licences. Good knowledge in troubleshooting issues of Windows and Linux OS. Basic knowledge in CCTV, access control, infrastructure cable and IO management. Secondary Responsibilities: Managing support to IoT infrastructure in co-ordination with respective teams. Usage of analytical tools to create management dashboards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or any systems related fields. Should have minimum of 4-5 years of similar working experience. Any network certifications would be preferable. Analytical knowledge would be a plus Core knowledge in hardware and network related concepts. Professional end user support. Ability to work as team player as well as independently. Strong organisational and good communication skills. Ability to work/travel after normal work hours whenever required. Good knowledge in office 365 package.
