Job description

Energy Aspects currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our growing team in Kolkata. This, full-time-office-based role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with excellent administrative support skills to join our highly regarded team and be part of our successful growth story.

The successful candidate will quickly take on a range of responsibilities in managing an increasingly heavy travel, procurement, office activity planning, regulatory compliance tracking and other administration challenges for our Kolkata & Singapore offices.

You must be able to work independently, be detail and process orientated as well as be exceptional at planning and prioritising to achieve success. In exchange, we offer excellent remuneration, a high-performance culture, with challenging and exciting work.
