Job description
Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields related to Clinical Research or Biomedical Engineering or similar
Desirable Qualifications: Experience working at clinical sites and first-hand interaction with patients is a plus
Essential Skills Required:
• Strong fluency, both written and oral, in Kannada and English is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build effective relationships with clinicians and investigation site staff
• Strong knowledge about clinical study procedures and ethics protocols
• Knowledge about and/or experience working with biomedical devices is a plus
• Knowledge about and/or experience working with biomedical signal processing is a plus
• Good organizational and administrative skills
Task: The selected staff is expected to:
• Liaise with doctors, consultants, investigators, & subjects on conducting the clinical investigation
• Verify adequate compliance with the investigation protocol, including visits to multiple clinical sites
• Research and develop clinical study protocols
• Perform regular research (including face to face interactions) in the field and participate in spreading healthcare awareness among women
• Writing visit reports, filing, recording information, and collecting study documentation along with knowledge of data analysis
