About the Job: Rajyog Paints is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive in the paint industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. 2. Identify and prospect new customers while nurturing existing client relationships. 3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. 4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue goals. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives. 6. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. 8. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. 10. Represent Rajyog Paints at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree - 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
