Job description

Position : VP / Dy. Business Head – Tata Commercial Vehicle Division, Tamilnadu.

Company : VST Motors Pvt Ltd.

Qualification : MBA or any equivalent degree.

Experience : Minimum 10-12 years working at a Business Head level.

Reporting to : Tata Group Chief Executive.

Company Background: VST Motors Pvt Ltd. is a longstanding partner with Tata since 1948, making it one of the oldest dealers for Tata vehicles. The company operates across Chennai, Cuddalore, Vellore, Salem, Trichy and Hosur, employing approximately 750 staff members. VST Motors is renowned for its organizational excellence and stands as a landmark in the heart of Tamil Nadu.

This leadership role demands a candidate capable of steering the franchise, overseeing operations encompassing sales, service, human resources, and administration. The CEO will work collaboratively with the Finance Head, who manages the accounting and finance division reporting to the Managing Director. The CEO holds the responsibility for daily operations and ensuring the profitability of the business.
