Position : VP / Dy. Business Head – Tata Commercial Vehicle Division, Tamilnadu.

Qualification : MBA or any equivalent degree.
Experience : Minimum 10-12 years working at a Business Head level.
Reporting to : Tata Group Chief Executive.

This leadership role demands a candidate capable of steering the franchise, overseeing operations encompassing sales, service, human resources, and administration. The CEO will work collaboratively with the Finance Head, who manages the accounting and finance division reporting to the Managing Director. The CEO holds the responsibility for daily operations and ensuring the profitability of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable to investors and the board for achieving revenue targets, including profitability, ROI, cost controls, and financial & operational goals.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations, implementing policies, and strategic plans aligned with business goals.
- Demonstrated business acumen to understand operating dynamics, plan, and execute annual sales and service targets.
- Supervise HR & admin functions, ensuring timely recruitment of key staff members.
- Foster a positive work environment and identify key resources for crucial positions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other members of the senior management team.
- Represent the management at key business meetings with principals and customer events.
Requirements:
- Prior automotive experience at a Business Head level.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English. Hindi as second knowledge is preferred.
- Strong financial and analytical ability to understand relevant financial statements.
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
- Ability to make informed and prompt decisions under pressure.
- Effective workload planning and delegation skills.

- Monthly new vehicle sales volume exceeds 500 in the overall territory.
- Previous experience managing a sizable operation is crucial.
