Job Title:
BIM Coordinator Electrical Experience: 2-4 years Job Summary: The BIM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts of all project teams at Adlai BIM. As a BIM Coordinator Electrical, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical systems within BIM projects. Working closely with teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of electrical components and systems into the overall building design. Responsibilities Coordinate, and manage BIM projects and teams. Provide internal BIM consultancy for projects Manage BIM processes, implementation, including shared parameters, view ports, sheets, work set associations etc., and manage all best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools. Develop and implement BIM tools, templates and execution plans for projects. Ensure adherence to BIM standards and protocols. Facilitate clash detection and resolution processes. Coordinate 3D models from various disciplines to achieve project goals. Monitor the progress of design to ensure it is according to planned schedule. Take part in regularly scheduled meetings providing accurate updates on progress of work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 2-4 years of proven experience in BIM coordination. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Proficiency in CDE like BIM 360, ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC). Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Job tags
