Job description
Leadership: 10+ years of team lead experience in leading and mentoring offshore resources.
Technical implementation/Delivery: 1-2 implementation experience in Oracle EPM preferably cloud ePCM, HPCM
Detailed Leadership Skills Required - To key point of contact for finance for any business escalations
- Line management for Junior members covering:
- Performance reviews
- Day to day mentoring / motivation of team
- Develop team and manage development plans
- Set objectives
- Require technical hands-on not just people management
- Collating business change requirements into change document
- Enforce consistent ways of working with junior team and business to ensure service tickets and controls etc are managed in line with agreed tech and financial control procedures
Change Process Details - Manage architectural review board meetings.
- Understand over PI architecture and links to 3rd party applications inc Snowflake and Power BI
- Key point of contact for PI for changes submitted to CAB and CAF governance board
- Manage testing cycle for PI inc project plan, test scripts and collation of test results / sign off from business
- Translate business requirements to technical and assist junior team to understand this so they can help manage change and support in future
Technical Details - Sound knowledge of the Oracle management ledger profitability from on prem or Oracle Cloud profitability application
- Understand principles of Waterfall allocation
- Require good understanding of building allocation drivers if allocation process needs to be changed and impact on data intersections for allocation process
- Use rule balancing report / Essbase to identify unallocated costs
- Beneficial to have understand of Essbase MDX
- Essential to have smartview knowledge to drill down and identify issues on allocation
- Knowledge of Automation / Integration tools to run end to end costs loads/drivers, allocation, export to target applications
- In depth Knowledge of EPM automate and other 3rd party integration tools such as Boomi
- Basic knowledge of sql helpful
