Job description

· 20+ years of overall experience with majority time spent in a large scale 3rd party BPO setup & a few in others. · Should have Service delivery, Quality (Service, Training (desired), WFM, Transition, Reporting, Compliance & BCP) knowledge. · Should have worked in multiple verticals and with Fortune 100 clients (desired). · Tech savvy (Understand in and out of Hardware, networking, Apps & DB, and RPA). Of course good in Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. · Latest reporting tools will be an added advantage (ex: Tableau, MS PowerBI etc.). · Speech analytics certified anyone (Nice or Verint or Nexidia etc.). · Six Sigma Black or Master Blackbelt. · CX certified if possible (any workshops attended by CX Leaders or certifications like CCXP). · Hands on in Customer journey mapping that extends to not just Customers, but includes platform journey, Agent journey & Customer journey. · Knows to drive Outside in & Inside out on any Experience related project. · PMP foundation/certification desired. · Highly logical & good interpersonal skills. · Has attention to detail on any work he or she does with good integrity. · Quick learner
