Job description

  1. Proven experience as a Team Lead in calling and team handling experience .
  2. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues to help the associates.
  3. Forecast, rostering, monitoring of queue, planned and unplanned leaves.
  4. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  5. 12 - 13 years- experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support.
  6. Good Communication Skills
  7. Basic technical Knowledge.
