Your role in our universe
You are the first contact person for our clients who use our product Hellgate. Hellgate empowers our clients to architect complex payment systems that scale seamlessly with their business growth.
Your responsibilities as 1st and 2nd level support and product expert will include:
Organizing the Service Desk
Answering all product related questions, providing assistance, analyzing and solving user problems
Creating tickets for bug, malfunction etc. and handing them over to the right person
Onboarding new customers / merchants and providing support, advice and training where needed
Dealing with APIs
If you have software engineering experience, you can additionally help solving bugs and malfunction and work on development topics
Your star qualities
You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support of complex technical products in the FinTech sector and know how to independently organize a Service Desk
You quickly grasp technical products and are always open to learning new things and diving into unfamiliar topics
You are a friendly and patient person, who knows how to handle (frustrated ) customers
You have outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written), can express yourself well and explain complex technical topics to all levels of users
You're a team player with a proactive attitude and a careful and structured way of working
You are open and honest and let us know also when things aren't going so well - there is no shame in asking for help
