Role Summary We are looking for an analytical and smart Intern who is passionate for project management and team-handling. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital & IT projects, including site launches, digital marketing, web applications, ad campaigns, hardware & software deployments, etc.
Area Of Responsibilities Core Functional Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers on a project and offer administrative support.
- May perform research and create training documents as assigned by the project managers.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reports.
- Implement and improve the project management mechanism.
- Create and review workflows to drive effectiveness
- Assist in creating project timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
- Identify, analyse, evaluate and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle
General Responsibilities: - Follow up on behalf of Project Managers.
- Obtain weekly project status from all team members
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Monitor project progress and help with adjustments
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Years of Relevant Experience - Fresher
Education & Work experience ** - We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelor's/Master's degree/ diploma/ certification in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant fields and prior experience in assisting in Project Life Cylcle is a plus.
Software and Applications - Tech-savvy with good MS Office knowledge and strong experience with project management software.
