Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Genesys Developer located in Bengaluru. The Genesys Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as coding, testing, and debugging complex contact center routing applications using Genesys 8.x or above, developing and modifying IVR applications, and creating customized solutions for various clients.
