Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the sales staff as well as oversee recruiting training and performance management.
• Create and carry out strategic sales strategy in order to exceed BFSI sector goals.
• Develop solid customer connections and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Maintain an awareness of industry developments market circumstances and rivals.
• Sales team mentoring to enhance sales product expertise and service.
• Present sales data analytics and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that sales are in accordance with industry rules and corporate policy.
• Actively respond to client comments to improve satisfaction..

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in business finance or a closely related discipline is required. MBAs are preferable.
• Proven sales management expertise in the BFSI sector.
• Thorough knowledge of financial goods and services.
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiating abilities.
• Resultsoriented with a history of reaching or surpassing sales objectives.
• Familiarity with industry rules and compliance needs.
