Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the sales staff as well as oversee recruiting training and performance management.
- Create and carry out strategic sales strategy in order to exceed BFSI sector goals.
- Develop solid customer connections and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Maintain an awareness of industry developments market circumstances and rivals.
- Sales team mentoring to enhance sales product expertise and service.
- Present sales data analytics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in business finance or a closely related discipline is required. MBAs are preferable.
- Proven sales management expertise in the BFSI sector.
- Thorough knowledge of financial goods and services.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiating abilities.
- Resultsoriented with a history of reaching or surpassing sales objectives.
- Familiarity with industry rules and compliance needs.
