Job Description :
The Person will be responsible for leading business development activities for the IVD (Invitro Diagnostics) business of LTTS. The candidate will have sharp business assessment skills to research and monitor industry / technology trends, analyze customer business and product portfolios to generate insights for defining and executing the GTM (Go to Market) strategy. The suitable candidate will need to have strong presentation, written and verbal skills to interface with prospects, partners and LTTS stakeholders across multiple sites (e.g., Sales, Presales, Delivery, Horizontals, etc.) to identify, map, create and position relevant offerings and value proposition for driving healthcare and medical devices business growth.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Monitor IVD Industry & Emerging technology trends to identify, map / create and position relevant offerings and value propositions
- Help define/refine GTM strategy and drive marketing efforts for healthcare and medical devices business working closely with all relevant LTTS stakeholders
- Industry, technology, and customer research/analysis for targeted outreach
- Support evolution of offerings, solutions, and roll-out of new capabilities
- Work with Identified partners and Sales team(s) in executing GTM strategies for taking existing and new offerings to customers
- Able to lead meetings with internal and external teams to gain approval on recommendations and implementation plan
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops to identify & position appropriate offerings and value proposition.
Key Skills : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in medical, computer science or related field (hospital administration, public health, healthcare informatics, computer engineering, software engineering, biomedical engineering, or mathematical sciences)
- 10+ years of industry experience, with 5+ years of healthcare-specific experience in consulting, business analysis.
- Ability to generate insights through assessment of customer business for positioning & mapping of relevant offerings and value propositions.
- Able to lead & drive meetings and action items with external and internal stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing needs and scope of work.
Preferred Technical Competencies : - Flair for marketing and Business Analysis
- Strong presentation, written and verbal skills
- Prior experience of having worked in Presales would be added advantage
- Ability to collaborate with partners in building joint value propositions and GTM
