Full Job Description - Responsible for cold calling from the provided Data.
- Fixing Appointment for the Sales Staff with Interested Customer.
- Consistently follow-up with interested leads & Get Enquiries.
- Complete weekly Appointment Targets.
- Research about Commodity & Decision Maker on Google, Zauba corp, Customer's website, LinkedIn, etc.
- Maintain records of potential customers on Tele CRM platform and in excel.
- Get answers for customer queries from operation team & form FAQ.
- Report Daily to the management on progress.
Qualification
- Graduate (B, B.Sc., B.tech, BBA, BMS, BE) & Post Grad.
- Freight Forwarding Industry sales experience - Min. 1-2 year.
- Experience as tele marketer - 1 year min.
Knowledge
- INCOTERMS
- CARGO TYPES – DG, GENERAL, PERISHABLE, ODC, PROJECT, COURIER.
- MODES OF TRANSPORT.
- BASIC GEOGRAPHY (COUNTRIES/CONTINENTS)
- MICROSOFT EXCEL & WORD.
- EXPERIENCE IN USING TELE CRM.
- INTERNET USAGE - BROWSING PROFICIENCY / DATA FINDING
Skills - Fluency in English & Hindi.
- Working knowledge of Marathi / Gujarati (Not Mandatory).
- Database management / organising skills.
- Telephone Etiquette.
- Tele calling / sales.
