Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Analyst at VIEW Synergy. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, analysing issues, troubleshooting problems, and managing information technology systems. This role will be based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems through phone, email, or in-person communication. Assist users in setting up new hardware, software installations, and system configurations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other IT peripherals. Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex problems and provide effective solutions. Ensure security protocols are in place and systems are protected against potential threats. Maintain accurate records of IT support issues and resolutions Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations. Conduct user training sessions to enhance IT literacy and promote best practices. Create user guides and documentation to assist users in performing common tasks independently

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
