Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis. As an accountant, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or other applicable accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, providing analysis and insights to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.

Auditing and Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support to auditors. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis results.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement in financial processes and systems. Implement changes to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity, managing cash reserves and investments to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce

Need to have good experience in tally
