We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive app traffic, and acquire users for our application. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns across diverse channels.
Responsibilities - Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive app traffic, and acquire customers through channels like Google, Facebook, and DV360.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, encompassing search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including conversion rates, click-through rates, and app traffic.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and discover innovative ways to reach target audiences.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, preparing regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements - A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, with a preference for managerial roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Profound knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools for measuring and analyzing campaign performance.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to create compelling content and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
