Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing our company's most valuable assets—our employees. This role requires a professional with exceptional communication skills, team management capabilities, and a solid background in the IT industry. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, and employee relations, with a strong emphasis on negotiation and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire the best talent in the IT domain. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably within the IT sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Ability to manage teams effectively and foster a cooperative work environment. Negotiation and managerial skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make decisive decisions. A deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are desirable.
