Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in New Delhi. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. The Accountant will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software, such as Tally or Quickbooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
