Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Niva Bupa located in Puducherry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, building relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, and business development
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise sales strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and insurance products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Relevant qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Experience in the insurance industry and proficiency in regional languages is also beneficial.
