Job Summary This pivotal role of the
SAP S4/Hana Program Manager involves overseeing and executing a project of significant importance and impact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale international projects.

MAIN RESPONCIBILITIES - Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic business goals.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure project is executed without delays and within the stipulated budget.
- Accountable in developing a detailed project plan and achieve all required milestones according to the plan.
- Coordinate with other business initiatives.
- Responsible for the project (scope, time, cost and quality), including and not limiting to control of project progress, manage changes to scope of the project, coordinate cross-functional topics, Inform and motivate co-workers and stakeholders, Ensure projects delivers a business value. etc
- Evaluate project risks and making appropriate changes to mitigate them e.g., project resources sufficiency.
- Report to Steering Committee.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across various geographical locations to drive project success.
- Comply with related policies, guidelines, and procedures.
PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIATE - Degree in a relevant field and previous 10-15 years of experience in managing regional or global large and complex SAP implementation projects is a must, with proven track record in delivering results.
- Background of business process analyst is preferred.
- Possess strong business and consulting acumen
- Functional Consultant of SAP with experience of Finance/Sales/Supply Chain/Production is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Posses strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
- Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Goal getter and result oriented.
- High integrity.
- Experience with metal cutting industry would be an advantage.
- As this a global role, the candidate must be able to manage working with stakeholders in different time zone.
This role is 1 year contract role with the possibility of extension or converting to a permanent position.
