Job description
• 4-6 years of experience with MS SQL Server development
• 4+ years of experience with data modeling, large-scale batch, and real-time data
processing, ETL design, implementation and maintenance.
• Should have work experience in MS SQL Server 2012 or above. Experience in 2019 is a
plus.
• Strong Experience writing complex queries in stored procedures and functions related to
CRUD operations involving multiple tables/views/CTEs
• Deep knowledge of levels of normalization and keeping de-normalization in mind while
designing schemas/tables and ensuring data integrity and performance
• Expertise in building high performance complex reporting queries while applying SQL
aggregate functions on large tables and views.
• Understanding of Azure SQL Server, Indexes, CTE, Temporal Tables, SQL Profiler, etc
• Ability to work with other developers and engineers to analyze database performance and
identify problems in areas such as: execution plans, index coverage, and SQL server
statistics.
• A thorough understanding of Performance Monitoring, Tuning and Optimization, using
native and third-party monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience supporting SSIS, SSRS, replication (a plus).
• Analytically strong, high-energy, self-motivated, creative SQL developer
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nice to have Hands on experience in Snowflake and RDS PostgreSQL
