Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of our client in restaurant and hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service managing staff controlling costs and maximizing profitability. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervisesdailyrestaurantoperationsandassistswithmenuplanning.
- Supervises and manages employees.
- Manages all daytoday operations. Understands employee positions well enough perform dutiesinemployeesabsence.
- Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches mentors or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills.
- Manages daytoday operations ensures quality and standards and meets the expectations of the customers daily.
- Displays leadership in guest hospitality exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
- Empowersemployeestoprovideexcellentcustomerservice.
- Acts as the guest service role model for the restaurants sets a good example of excellent customer service and creates a positiveatmosphereforguestrelations.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent
- Proven experience of 34 years as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as per the restaurant operations timing
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
