As an experienced SEO Specialist, you are responsible for driving global organic growth and maximizing search engine optimization for our website. You will collaborate with the digital team in performing SEO activities that will boost brand awareness & lead generation.
Job responsibilities:
You perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new relevant keywords to use on our websites (up to 11 languages).
Interpret search engine performance data, identify key findings, and share recommendations to fuel global organic traffic growth and business growth.
Identify and execute improvements in website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve organic positions for target keywords on our multi-million URL website.
Assist in making technical SEO recommendations to the development team, based on your assessments in regards to crawling, indexing, sitemap, schema markup, etc.
Work closely with the development team to ensure new releases are SEO-friendly.
Help set up link-building initiatives together with colleagues from the marketing department.
Ensure that as you complete your assignments, you actively consider how they fit into the larger context, making them valuable to various stakeholders and applicable for diverse purposes.
Clear communication and transfer all deliverables towards the stakeholders within the imposed deadline.
Be proficient in efficiently analyzing large amounts of data e.g. spreadsheets with the use of different formulas.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
A minimum of four years of experience and knowledge in a dedicated SEO (in-house) role.
Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, through technical and/or content optimizations.
Solid understanding of keyword research, website architecture, content, technical and other factors to improve organic positions for target keywords.
Previous working experience with Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Looker Studio. Experience working with Semrush and/or Botify is a plus. In addition to the SEO tools, working experience in CMS platforms like Drupal and/or Acquia is beneficial.
Ability to create, justify, communicate and implement SEO strategies across teams and other stakeholders.
Entry-level awareness of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing technology.
