Job Title : Lead Software Engineer (Machine Learning)

Who should apply for this role? 6-8 years of experience in designing, coding, and delivering software. You are a software engineer by heart and love to solve problems and do coding. You have designed large-scale production. Hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable & reliable data pipelines systems using spark. Experience in building and maintaining machine learning models in production is a plus. Can write bug-free, production-quality code in any programming language preferably Java. Excellent analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of high volume, low latency, Multi-threaded, large-scale distributed systems. Ability to understand business requirements and take ownership of the product. Exhibit passion and enthusiasm for building, extending, and maintaining large-scale platforms. Must have experience with solving machine learning problems. Knowledge of classification, regression, and recommendation systems are required. High level understanding of different supervised and unsupervised algorithms is preferred Must have some experience with development and implementation of deep learning based algorithms, LLM 1+ years of experience in managing/mentoring team Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will be the owner of end-to-end product/services. You will make critical decisions based on data and ensure all business objectives are achieved. You should be able to independently lead a small team to build products from scratch. You will mentor junior engineers or data scientists and work with all stakeholders to achieve project objectives. You have previously Designed large systems and do coding on a regular basis. You will be doing a lot of designing/coding/reviewing. You enjoy looking into data, debugging data issues, finding patterns in data and building products on data patterns. In this role, you will manage/work with a team of energized developers and will be responsible for prioritizing and deciding what to build next. You will assign work to engineers and mentor them to grow You need to build ML or Deep learning based models to ensure the accuracy and scalability of the prediction systemJob tags
