Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled 'Market Research Analyst' with expertise in analytical tools and a strong preference for experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, utilizing analytical tools to derive insights, and supporting strategic decision-making within our insurance business

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the insurance industry, including market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to gather, interpret, and present data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to support strategic initiatives and product/service enhancements.
• Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
• Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
• Present research findings and insights in a clear, concise manner to senior management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for market expansion, new product launches, and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in market research or analytics preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or business intelligence, with a focus on the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, SPSS, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, research methodologies, and data interpretation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented mind-set with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
