Job Title: Fresher Software Developer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented fresher Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for software development, possess excellent analytical skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. As a fresher Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that will help our clients to improve their business operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new software applications, features, and modules
• Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code using best software development practices
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Understand and maintain existing codebase
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features
• Solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest software development trends and technologies
• Assist with application testing and issue resolution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C++ or other relevant programming languages
• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Basic understanding of database management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
SALARY: 2.5 LPA-3.5 LPA
