Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Proposals Engineer /Pre sales Engineer. The Proposals Engineer /Pre sales Engineer will be responsible for the creation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for industrial projects such as automation systems design, field device integration, software applications, industrial communication and IIoT solution development. The Proposals Engineer /Pre sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Business Development teams to effectively manage proposals from initial concept to final delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges.
- Provide expert insights into IT Infrastructure and Enterprise applications and data solutions to address client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present solutions aligned with client requirements.

2 Proposal Development:
- Development of high-quality proposals, including technical solutions, pricing, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for proposal creation.
- Ensure proposals are tailored to meet client specifications and address unique business challenges.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Enterprise applications and data solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in Cloud and Infrastructure technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to clients during the pre-sales process.
- Functional guidance and support for development team in terms of understanding the requirements.

3.Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients in a consultative manner, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Address client queries and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.

4.Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments.
- Collaborate with product management, Solutions team to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
