4) Principal Accountabilities

Supporting Actions
To innovatively create, develop, design and delivery -
Training Programs and Learning Assets like ILT,E Learning and Sales Tools.
- To conduct need analysis where needed and create material in liaison with SME's, Stakeholders, Content Design & Timeline Expectations
- To ensure all deliverables as per Training Architecture are updated, designed, approved , uploaded and delivered to respective audiences
- To create different forms of learning like ILT Material (Facilitator Guide, Learner Guide, Assessments, Secure Presentations in Flash, PDF Format), E-learning Courses & Assessments, Sales Tools / Job Aids, Pre Reading material, Video's handbook etc.
- To manage vendors and ensure quality outputs are delivered within timelines.
- To ensure adherence to cost effective modes of delivery while dealing with vendors
- To follow vendor management process laid out.
To interact and collate information from SME Subject Matter Experts and seek relevant approvals from various departments for accuracy & representation of content.
To involve SME and Stakeholder's for content collation, scoping, updations and approvals at various touch points based on projects.
Example - Identity the SME and seek inputs for the created Topical Outline of defined Learning Objectives, ensure content is collated and understood from SME's point of view. Create learning asset as per the need of the learner, seek feedback/approvals for developed content from identified SME
To incorporate Instructional Design Principles and ensure 'ADDIES' is followed to meet business objectives.
- To implement laid out content strategies & Instructional design principles to develop training related material
- To follow the process of Analysis, Design , Development, Implementation, Evaluation and Post Market Activities
- To create learning materials like Facilitator Guide, Learner Guide, Assessments, PPT's
- To create learning tools such as Audio Scripts, Calculators, Job Aids, Ready Reckoners
- To create learning material as per approve design document for ILT as well as E- Learning Courses
- To seek relevant approvals for all content released
- To upload all learning assets for various users on various portals and communicate
- To ensure all Queries received at Knowledge Desk are addressed with accuracy and within timelines
To conduct TNA Training Need Analysis and incorporate findings to produce an affective content where required.
- To collate relevant sample size data and adopt relevant forms of Training need analysis
- To conduct TNA by seeking relevant information
- To analyze TNA data and convert insights & gaps into relevant learning material
- To visit branches and collate observations to create content related to real life
- To collate learning effectiveness testimonials and seek inputs from experts
Team Management and Development
- To allocate assignments as per project deliverables, resources & budgets available
- To ensure quality reviews and feedback are provided to team members to enhance quality and meet project timelines
- To ensure content accuracy is sought and approved by relevant stakeholders
- To ensure timely vendor enrollment, allocation and payouts take place
- To ensure team members follow content related processes like -
TNA, Design Document , FG, LG, Content Conversion into secure formats, Uploads on Intranet and relevant portals, Communication, E learning testing and roll outs
To ensure team members get adequate opportunities to deliver as well as meet different learner profiles.
