Job description
Candidate shall be BE (Civil), PG in Project/Construction Mgmt will be an added advantage. Shall be able to handle entire project independently & should have sound technical knowledge & decision making abilities.
Coordination with all stakeholders of project, conducting weekly meetings, monitoring progress, quality of works. Resolving problems related in coordination with sub-ordinates, contractors.
Shall have knowledge of MEP services works & must be able to co-ordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, consultants.
Ensuring EHS/quality control systems at site & its documentation control. Ensuring material quality standards & its testing, reports generation.
Must have handled a team of 5 to 10 technical staff. Will be leading team of subordinates like Construction managers, QC Engineer, planning engineer, junior engineers, Safety officers, QS/billing engineers, supervisors.
Get prepare project schedule, monitoring & control. Identifying risks involved & assessing same. Day to day, weekly planning, ensuring implementation of planning at site.
Should have control on project budget monitoring. Analysis on periodic basis for cost & time impact due to design changes, check for changes & verify, ensure approval for changes before execution.
Hand over of projects to satisfaction.
