BFSI trainer

This is a full-time on-site role for a BFSI Trainer. The BFSI trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for students from underprivileged backgrounds in the field of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. The role involves conducting classroom training sessions, creating training material, conducting assessments, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The position is based in Pune, Maharashtra.

• Expertise in BFSI domain - banking, financial services, and insurance
• Previous experience in conducting training sessions
• Experience in developing training materials and assessments
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Fluency in regional languages spoken in Pune, Maharashtra is a plus
