What We Offer We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Bangalore as a Digital Agile Team Manager. In this role, you will oversee two teams primarily within Logistics scope. To succeed in this role, we believe that you are an experienced people leader with a genuine interest for developing others, enjoy empowering people and embrace an agile mindset and culture. You also have a broad IT background and experience in driving digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities You will coach, challenge and support the team to continuously learn, grow, collaborate and deliver great results. You will work on individual and team development promoting our feedback culture, supporting the global team manager with input for appraisals and assisting in setting development plans. You ensure required competences by recruiting and onboarding highly skilled team members.
You advocate and advance modern development practices and champion high technical and architectural standards to facilitate sound technical decisions in the area. You will support in creation of SCM&P Digital Technological Strategy with a long-term holistic view on the future digital landscape in the area.
Your role will involve activities to support Area collaboration in various forms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global team and drive digital innovation.

- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leadership positions;
